How does pricing work?
Clubs outside Türkiye choose a monthly plan. Club costs €39 (CHF 45 / $49) for up to 6 courts, plus €5 (CHF 6 / $6) for each extra court. Pro costs €99 (CHF 109 / $119) with 3 courts included, plus €19 (CHF 21 / $25) for each extra court. Prices exclude VAT. In Türkiye, tennis courts are free and padel and pickleball courts are priced in TRY (see below).
Which plan fits my club?
Club suits tennis clubs and smaller venues that mainly need court bookings, members and packages. Pro adds leagues and tournaments, academy and coaches, finance and statistics, and staff permissions, which commercial padel and tennis centers usually need. Groups with several venues get a Multi-site offer.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every plan starts with a 30-day free trial and there is no setup fee. We import your member and court lists for free. No credit card is needed. If you need more time to decide, talk to us.
Why choose annual billing?
Annual billing comes with a 20% discount. For example, the Club plan costs €31.20 a month instead of €39.
What is the founding club offer?
The first 20 clubs that join PFM on a paid plan get 30% off the list price when they prepay a year (the standard annual discount is 20%). Their price is locked, so later list price increases do not apply to them, and we migrate their data for free. The offer closes once 20 clubs have joined.
Do you take a commission on bookings?
No. There is no per-booking commission on the paid panel: you pay your plan price, however many bookings your club takes.
What if my number of courts changes?
You can update the number or type of your courts at any time; the price follows your new court setup.
How do players book?
Your players see available courts and book in the PFM app or, if you turn on web booking, on your club's page at playformore.app and in the booking widget on your own website (email confirmation, pay at the venue). You enter phone bookings in the panel. Every booking ends up in the same calendar.
Is our data secure?
All data between you and the panel travels over HTTPS, and only the managers and coaches you authorize can access the panel, each with their own role. You decide with permissions what coaches can see and manage.
